  • Grains: Basic Grain Pilaf, Granola with Apricots and Cranberries, Speedy Spanish Rice
  • Vegetables: Very Veggie Oriental Slaw, Veggie Roll-ups, Sweet Potato Bread with Cranberries
  • Fruit: Crunchy Fruit Sundae, Fruit Smoothies, Fruit Kabobs
  • Dairy: Broccoli Cheddar Soup, Strawberry Banana Smoothie, Spinach Dip, Yogurt Cheese
