A volunteer encourages a student to make healthful food choices by playing Basketball Pyramid.

Our goal is to help make Cincinnati a vibrant and healthy community.  We cannot meet our goal without your help.  Rates of obesity and and overweight among adults and children in the tri-state area are skyrocketing.  According to the Greater Cincinnati Community Health Status Survey 2002, 61% of adults in the greater Cincinnati are overweight, with one quarter of area adults being obese.  That's why your help is so important to us.  You can help us "take that extra step" by participating in the following ways:

Join CincinnatiWALKS and strive for 10,000 steps a day so you can feel and look better.  >>More.

Become a Member to take advantages of our resources and help others learn about healthy eating.  >>More.

Attend one of our educational seminars or fundraiser events. >>More.

Volunteer to help out at one of our community events or assist with a nutrition education program. >>More.
