beverage and try to stop the pop and drink more water
and low-fat milk.
Focus on Fruits and Vary Your
Vegetables
Students are challenged to eat 2 1/2 cups of fruits and
vegetables each day. Eat

Your Veggies.
Go For Whole Grains
Grains are the main source of energy for the body and brain.
Choosing whole grains also provides fiber and more nutrients.
Students are challenged to eat a whole grain food every day. More.
Get Your Calcium Rich Foods
Calcium-rich foods like low-fat milk yogurt and cheese are
needed to help build strong bones. Kids marathoners are
challenged to get three servings a day. More.
